Synopsis:
Brooklyn agrees to pilot an experimental test plane. After takeoff Brooklyn blacks out. He then dreams that he is transported back in time and becomes the son of William Tell, who is called Rip Tell.

Governor Gessler hates Tell and has him arrested. Tell must then fire a bow and stike an apple placed on Brooklyn's head. Tell succeeds, but is imprisoned anyway.

Brooklyn helps Tell escape. When he seeks to further delay pursuit, he falls. When he recovers from the fall, he discovers that the dream is over. His test plane has crashed, but Brooklyn has survived without injury.
