Synopsis:
Superman appears on the game show Truth or Consequences. With the help of Lois Lane, the host, Ralph Edwards, asks Superman a series of questions including admitting his true feelings for Lois and his secret identity. Superman outwits the host by answering too loudly to be heard and writing his answer on a blackboard at super speed which melts the board.

Edwards then tries to prank Lois by having his people upset her apartment. Superman comes to the rescue and cleans up the mess. Edwards himself is then forced to face the consequences which includes shining one thousand shoes. When the host proves himself to be a good sport, Superman helps him complete the task.
