Synopsis:
While taking a photography class at the University, Johnny notices that a math student has accidentally stumbled upon his magic formula. Johnny tries to destroy the paper upon which the formula is written before the student can speak it aloud. However, the paper is picked up by a janitor, then is blown out a window.

Johnny follows the paper which is then picked up by a pet shop owner. Johnny is sidetracked when a gang of bandits strikes. Johnny deals with the crooks, then returns to the pet store where he finds that the owner has ripped up the paper.

Johnny thinks his formula is safe until he hears a parrot speak the formula aloud. The parrot gains super speed and flies away. Johnny worries that someone will hear the parrot, so he chases it down. When he catches it, Johnny takes the parrot to the remote jungle to prevent anyone from hearing it.
