Synopsis:
Justin visits a western town in Dogie County. The town is menaced by a gang of outlaws. The sheriff, Sam Sage, can't run them down because his horse is old. Justin loans him Winged Victory to fight the bandits, while he breaks in a wild horse for the sheriff. With their combined efforts the sheriff and Justin apprehend the gang and restore order to the town.
