Synopsis:
A riverboat carnival comes to Smallville. Superboy befriends the captain and learns that a series of robberies have occured at each of the boat's previous stops. While Superboy handles an oil fire, a bank robbery takes place. The carnival clown seems to be responsible, but Superboy apprehends the real culprit, Doc Quackenbush.
