Synopsis:
Using rare fish as hostages, Professor Enoch Druten forces Aquaman to perform as ringmaster in a sea circus. Aquaman devises a way to free the hostages, then he releases the other captive circus performers. Druten is foiled in his attempt to kill the hostages and is turned over to the Coast Guard.
