Synopsis:
When Lois Lane dons an Amazon necklace while reporting on a jewelry exhibit, she is entranced. Lois heads for the Daily Planet office to quit her job, then she boards a plane to South America. During the flight, Lois exits the plane, parachuting into the jungle below. She is found by a tribe of Amazons.

Meanwhile, Perry White informs Clark about Lois's departure. He begins searching for her in South America as Superman. Instead of Lois, Superman finds and rescues a young exile from the Amazon tribe. She directs him Lois who is being tested to become the Amazon queen. Superman secretly helps her pass the tests. Lois becomes queen, but the Amazons turn against her when they discover her friendship with a man. Superman helps break the spell on Lois then helps to install the woman he rescued as the new Amazon leader.
