Synopsis:
A criminal calling himself Humpy Dumpty the Hobby Robber steals the Flame of Persia ruby for his gem collection. Next the crook targets valuable coins on display in Smallville. This brings him into contact with Superboy. During their first two encounters, the Hobby Robber eludes capture, but Superboy is able to track the crook to his hobby hide-out hidden in an abandoned quarry. Superboy apprehends the crook and returns the stolen loot.
