Synopsis:
A criminal known as the Baron uses a shrink ray to rob cargo vessels. The Blackhawks are unable to stop the crook during their first encounter, so several members of the team stow away on a cargo plane. When the Baron robs the plane, the Blackhawks are shrunk with the loot and are able to infiltrate the crooks' hide-out. The other Blackhawks then come to their aid, and by working together the Blackhawks apprehend the Baron.
