Synopsis:
The Blackhawks have trained their mascot, Blackie, to help them battle crime. Blackie assists them in apprehending some smugglers and gains fame. A movie producer approaches Blackhawk and enlists the group for a movie starring Blackie.

At the sneak preview, film critic, Rupert Rand, shoots down the picture as unrealistic which could doom the film. Later at the post preview party, a group of thugs stages a robbery. Blackie is instrumental in their defeat and capture. Rand changes his review to one of praise for the movie, which then goes on to be successful.
