Synopsis:
Using a distortion ray on a bank, Professor Petrie shrinks the building and carries it away. The Blackhawks try to chase him, but Petrie makes their jets too big to fly with the ray.

Realizing, Petrie as the crook, the Blackhawks arrive at his home trying to ambush him. Half the team is made fat by the ray, while the other half is shrunk to tiny size. Only when his daughter is in danger does Petrie cease his escape. Giving himself up, Petrie asks the Blackhawks for help. The ray makes Hendrickson grow to tremendous size, allowing Blackhawk to rescue the girl. Petrie agrees to return the bank, and pay for his crime.
