Synopsis:
Blackhawk receives a call from Chief Stacy asking him to retrieve some stolen loot. Blackhawk finds the loot and is immediately caught by the police. He follows Stacy's order to remain quiet. He then leaves the Blackhawks.

Later the Blackhawks encounter a masked hero called the Badge who has Blackhawk's voice. They suspect it is their former leader, but the Badge makes off with some crooks and their loot. Blackhawk has been framed by the Badge, alias Maddox a crime boss.

The crooks put Blackhawk in the Badge costume and leave him for the Blackhawks to arrest. Blackhawk flees from his teammates and tracks down Maddox. When the crooks have been apprehended, Blackhawk explains that he was framed to the police, and he is restored to duty.
