Bruce and Dick arrive in Bagdad which is being terrorized by a criminal called the Crier. The villain resembles the Joker, only he cries instead of laughs. Batman and Robin apprehend the criminal and prevent a mass panic when the Crier makes the residents believe a volcano is erupting.
