Synopsis:
Starman prevents the sabotage of a train carrying supplies bound for Britain. Woodley Allen informs him of another convoy of supplies being transported by van. Starman protects the convoy, but Doris Lee is kidnapped by one of the saboteurs. He traces her to the hideout of the gang’s leaders. Then he rescues her and captures the head of the ring, Baron X.
