Synopsis:
Tommy Rogers visits a courtroom where his father is serving as district attorney. He watches as Matt Barnett is convicted for being involved with a stolen car ring. Barnett claims he was framed, so Tommy summons the Blue Boys with a call on his horn.

Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys visits Snip Mavers, a witness that testified against Barnett. They force him to confess that he lied. He then tells the boys who the real car thieves are. The boys then raid a garage and apprehend the thieves. Barnett is cleared, and the Blue Boys are hailed as heroes.
