Synopsis:
Ted Grant begins training for a heavyweight title match against Kid Neson. He also decides to give up his costumed identity as Wildcat. However, when he hears Joan Fortune express admiration for Wildcat, Ted decides to put the costume on again.

As Wildcat, Ted then tracks down a kidnapped witness who was to testify against racket boss Barney Fowler. Ted saves the witness, but injures his wrist in the process. During his fight with Kid Nelson, Ted is unable to use his right hand. He is losing the fight, until Joan's encouragement inspires him to victory.
