Synopsis:
Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys investigate a gang of racketeers that are forcing shopkeepers to sell sour and watery milk. The boys kidnap several gang members and force them to drink the sour milk. The gang then tells the boys that their boss is Calcum, the food commissioner. The Blue Boys then set a trap for Calcum in order to prove that he is the head racketeer. After the boys successfully stop the gang, the delivery of quality milk is restored.
