Synopsis:
Mr. Terrific learns that Commissioner Jones is running a racket using tainted meat. Instead of disposing of the bad meat, he is serving it to the poor and profiting. Mr. Terrific turns the tables on Jones and forces him to serve the bad meat at a board meeting. Mr. Terrific also exposes the commissioner's illegal profiteering from the sale of bad meat. His efforts ensure that Jones is arrested, and that the poor will now receive decent meals.
