Synopsis:
Dr. Selby is kidnapped by the Light, a scientist who was expelled by Selby from a science institute. Light gets his revenge by using a diminishing ray on Selby, reducing him to a few inches in height. Selby later alerts agent Allen with the FBI, who in turn summons Starman.

Allen and Starman go after the Light and are both captured along with Starman’s girlfriend Doris Lee. All three are victims of the Diminishing Ray, but Starman uses the gravity rod to force a thug to restore him to normal. With his foe restored to normal height, the Light tries to disintegrate Starman, but instead he himself is destroyed.
