Synopsis:
Starman is summoned by Woodley Allen to investigate the disappearance of several cargo ships. He goes undercover aboard the SS Beaver hoping to find the secret of the disappearances.

Starman finds a strange dust aboard, and the ship bursts into a purple flame, releasing a gas which knocks out the crew. A boarding party takes the crew and cargo to an undersea base, then sinks the ship.

Starman follows them into the base which is controlled by his old nemesis the Light whom he believed was dead. Starman frees the captive crews and defeats his foe, then he turns over the base to the US to aid in defense.
