This story features topper strips entitled "Why Big Brudders Leave Home".

This story is continued from All-American Comics #8.

Synopsis:
Scribbly teaches his principal how to draw. Jenkins then sketches some caricatures of Miss Loomis for which Scribbly is blamed. Scribbly also introduces Jenkins to his editor who publishes a strip in the newspaper. Miss Loomis snaps and begins drawing pictures of the principal.

Later, Scribbly struggles to find new ideas for his own strip until his annoying kid brother shows up at office. The arrival inspires Scribbly.
