Synopsis:
Batman investigates a series of steeplejack robberies. Bob Skelly, the owner of the Skyline Steeplejack Co., also decides to check up on his workers. Suddenly, a series of accidents nearly cause Bob to be killed. Batman learns that two employees are responsible for the thefts. He is captured, but Bob overcomes his fear and saves Batman. Then the Caped Crusader apprehends the crooks.
