Synopsis:
When a man in diving gear is murdered in the street, Robin investigates the harbor. He stows away on the ship of Captain Wolf. In the ship's hold he discovers several other divers who are being forced to dive for a sunken ship. The captain discovers Robin aboard and tries to kill him. The Boy Wonder escapes, then rescues the divers. Captain Wolf is captured, and his plan to recover Nazi gold aboard the sunken vessel is foiled.
