Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy pursue criminal Flyer Fleer in the airplane. When both planes enter a fog bank, they collide. Green Arrow and Fleer both crash land on a small island hidden in the fog. Fleer convinces the natives that he is a lawman and that Green Arrow is a criminal.

The natives begin attacking Green Arrow and will not listen to the truth. Green Arrow and Speedy take refuge in an abandoned castle while Fleer tries to steal the native treasures. After the natives storm the castle, Green Arrow retreats to his airplane. He gets the radio working, and a news broadcast convinces the natives that Fleer is the real criminal. Green Arrow then takes Fleer into custody and returns home.
