Synopsis:
Gangster T-Gun Jones arrives in Gotham. Two rival gangs compete to have T-Gun join their mobs. The final competition is to capture Batman. One mob fails, while the other kidnaps Robin. They then use him to apprehend Batman.

The crooks then unmask the Caped Crusader, revealing Bruce Wayne beneath the mask. However, Batman fools them when the Bruce's face is shown to be another mask. The confusion allows Batman to gas the crooks and rescue Robin. After the crooks are caught, Batman explains to Robin that he expected the trap, so he set up the Bruce Wayne mask in advance to fool the crooks.
