Synopsis:
The Clock escapes from prison, but his old gang refuses to work with him. The crook seeks to prove that he can outwit Robin and earn back their respect. Clock sends Robin clues to each of his next crimes. The Boy Wonder deciphers the clues and a clue found at one of the crime scenes. Robin traces the Clock back to a film studio, where he apprehends his opponent. The Clock is then sent back to prison.
