Synopsis:
Military intelligence learns about a secret Japanese operation. However, their operative is found out preventing them from getting the details. Rickey Cannon and Liberty Belle lead a team to retrieve the data. Belle is captured, while Cannon meets a spy who gives him information about sixteen new battleships. Cannon and the spy help rescue Belle, then they deduce that the battleships are wooden decoys. The information proves valuable to the Navy in stopping the enemy operation.
