History:
Except for rumors passed around cabstands and hackie's hang-outs across the universe, there is really very little known about the early years of the man known to his associates and clients as Space Cabbie.

According to the most widely repeated tale, Space Cabbie was orphaned young and raised by the military rulers of Ghengkis VII. As a youth, he excelled in deep space navigation and demonstrated a natural ability to pilot any craft.

This skill was put to the test in the Bored Wars of 2146 when the young pilot allegedly shot down a record number of fightercraft singlehandedly in a battle lasting three Terran days. Like many who fought in the short but bloody Bored conflict, the youth was left feeling unsettled and restless after he was released from service.

The next several years were spent wandering the cosmos: first as a mercenary space-pilot, then as a menial laborer at various spaceports about the universe when he found the life of a soldier-of-fortune unsatisfactory.

Early in 2154 he first showed up at an Earthside hackstand piloting #7433, a space taxi fresh out of the showroom on Rieger III.

It soon seemed as if Space Cabbie could not pick up a fare in #7433 without it leading to a deadly adventure, with the good-natured pilot prevailing through his quick wits and skill at the controls of his space taxi.

Space Cabbie can still be found around the universe; if you're ever out around the rings of Saturn and in deep trouble, just hail the next cab that passes -- It's bound to be old #7433, with Space Cabbie at your service.

While Space Cabbie is an exceptional pilot, he is an untrained hand-to-hand combatant. Although prone to adventures, he is rarely called upon to fight.
