History:
Early in the 1940s, gang leader Wolf Lupo was terrorizing Big City with his protection racket. District Attorney Dan Rogers found himself helpless in the fight against Lupo. Inspired by costumed "mystery-men," Rogers’ young son Tommy and his friend Tubby dressed up as costumed crimefighters and went into their clubhouse. There they found Lupo's men holding captive a potential witness against Lupo. Aided by another boy called Toughy, the two costumed boys overpowered Lupo and his men, who were arrested by the police.

Tommy and his two companions decided to continue as costumed crimefighters. The trio became known as the Blue Boys, after the color of their costumes, and Tommy, their leader, was called Little Boy Blue. The threesome had no super-powers, but triumphed over their foes through cleverness and athletic skill.

Eventually, a girl named Janie, who disguised herself with a red wig, became their ally under the name Little Miss Redhead. Her special weapon was a rope she could use as a lasso or a bola. Little Miss Redhead did not know the true identities of her costumed companions, nor did they know hers.

The present whereabouts and activities of Little Boy Blue and his costumed allies are unknown.
