Synopsis:
After Frances Kane leaves Wally, he goes to Salt Lake City to conduct tests with scientists from STAR Labs. During a speed trial in the desert, the Flash sees a cybernetic organism that is only visible at high velocity. Kilg%re, an electo-magnetic being from another dimension, using Wally to cross over fully to Earth. It then takes over the power systems of the lab.
Flash and the scientists try to communicate with it, but Kilg%re attacks. The creature rips a finger from one of the scientists and fashions a clone from the DNA. Only the Flash realizes that the clone has taken the place of the real Professor Schmitz. Eventually the National Guard is called in, but Kilg%re has already expanded to become a national threat.
