Synopsis:
Supergirl stops a robbery in Metropolis perpetrated by several young women. She recognizes one of the girls as Judy Benson, a fellow classmate at Stanhope College. Judy and the other girls are arrested, but they have no memory of the robbery.
Supergirl follows up on a clue which leads her to a sleuth school run by Jonathan Maxom. The school is recruiting young women, so Linda Danvers goes undercover to expose the crooks. When another robbery is committed by a group of girls, Supergirl allows them to escape so that she can gain evidence on Maxom.
Linda excels in the school's training course. She must then battle Barbour, a skilled fighter, in order to join the gang. Linda defeats her opponent and is then hypnotized into committing a crime. Supergirl is able to resist the hypnosis and frees the other girls from the spell. She then confronts Maxom who uses Kryptonite against her. Batgirl, who infiltrated the gang as the girl Barbour, rescues Supergirl. Together they apprehend Maxom and shut down the sleuth school.
