Synopsis:
The Question investigates a series of attacks in which the victims were mutilated. He links the victims to Central Medical Hospital. Believing a drug angle is involved he questions the local supplier. He determines that the drug dealers were not responsible for the attacks.
Spaulding, a doctor at the hospital, is the real attacker. He has been punishing people who have hurt others. The Question confronts the doctor and is drugged. While paralyzed the Question admits to harmful acts in his own past and to helping people. The doctor who had planned to kill him, instead injects himself with poison. However, when the Question recovers, Spaulding's body is gone.
