Synopsis:
While salvaging some torpedos from a crashed sub, Dane Dorrance sees one of the torpedos change into a sea monster. The monster chases him, then turns back into a torpedo.The other Sea Devils don't believe Dane's story. When he later sees mermen attacking Judy, then decide he is mentally ill and needs to be hospitalized.

Dane escapes from his friends and discovers aliens have used a weapon on him that causes hallucinations. The aliens are plotting to conquer the planet using a larger hallucination device. Dane returns to the Sea Devils, where once again they don't believe his story. However, a scrap of cloth reveals Dane's story to be true.

The Sea Devils then set out to stop the aliens. Nicky and Biff confront the aliens head on and are tricked with hallucinations. Dane secretly captures one of the alien weapons and tricks the aliens with it. He scares them into retreat with hallucinations. Then they leave Earth.
