Synopsis:
When strange sea creatures called reptile men attack an oil rig, the Sea Devils pursue them. The divers discover a dimensional doorway leading to a world populated by the reptile men. The Sea Devils are captured and accused of theft. Biff pleads their innocence and secures their release.

The reptile men explain that their world was created long ago, and they are an evolutionary offshoot of humans. Periodically the reptile men returned to the oceans to gather food. On one such trip they encountered an alien, who gifted them a molecular transfer ray. The ray allowed them to create food and riches.

Pirate divers from the surface have entered the world of the reptile men and steal the molecular transfer ray. They return to the surface world pursued by the Sea Devils who have allied themselves with the reptile men. The ray makes an ideal weapon, transforming the very oceans into ice. However, Dane overcomes the pirates when one of them shows his admiration for the famous Sea Devil. The ray is returned to the reptile men, and the pirates are hauled to the nearest jail.
