Synopsis:
Abby decides she is ready to return to Houma after giving birth to Tefe. She goes into town where she is the subject of whispers and stares. Abby wants to get a job, so she returns to the home for the elderly where she worked previously. Miss Claiborne grudgingly gives Abby the job.

Meanwhile, a sensationalist photographer and his amateur botanist cousin visit the swamp in search of Swamp Thing. They photograph many fantastic plants and structures. They find Alec just as Abby is returning home. They then witness Alec changing Tefe's diaper before returning home with an amazing story and pictures.
