Comments:
This story is continued from Warlord #26.

This story reveals several of Travis Morgan's past lives. He was Gaius Thetalos in ancient Atlantis, a nubian gladiator in Rome, Lancelot Du Lac, D'Artagnan, Jim Bowie, Crazy Horse, and others.

Synopsis:
Using a magic orb, Deimos spies on Travis Morgan, who has used the Eye of Truth to go back in time. He relives several of his former lives including that of Gaius Thetalos from ancient Altantis. With the ice age threatening Atlantis, Gaius invented pumps which sent sea water into the nearby volcanoes. This produced steam power for the Atlanteans. However, it also caused the volcanoes to cool, contracting the lava fields. The result was a series of earthquakes and eventually the destruction of Atlantis from tidal waves. Before the end came, Gaius and his king sent forth four expeditions to the far corners of the globe to continue Atlantean culture.

After Travis Morgan moves through more of his past lives, he eventually reaches his own lifetime. He is confronted with the decision to undertake his spy mission that would lead him to discover Skartaris. He makes the same decision over again knowingly.

Morgan then exits the Eye of Truth, returning to Skartaris moments after he entered. Chakal is waiting for him. Morgan takes cover, and Chakal is killed when the weapon he tries to kill Morgan with explodes.
