Synopsis:
In the city of Bakwele, Avenel, the son of Patch has been captured by the New Atlanteans. Governor DeMarkal attempts to extract information from the boy about his mother's black market operations. When Lord Sabretooth, the commander of the occupying forces, comes to town he intends to use the boy to scare the population into submission.

Avenel is taken to the town square and whipped. Sabretooth also publicly claims to have killed the Warlord. When Travis Morgan then shows up to save the boy, Sabretooth is humiliated and the hope of the population is restored. After rescuing Avenel, Morgan is asked to stay and liberate the city. He refuses, choosing instead to return to his original mission of regaining control of Shamballah.
