Synopsis:
Captain Atom attempts to end a war in Central America by destroying the weapons on both sides. The U.S. government who has been supplying the rebels with weapons is furious. Amanda Waller sends Nightshade to bring the Captain back in line.
Plastique who has been hired by the communists is able to capture Captain Atom by collaring him while he is in his human form. She tries to convince him that his solution is misguided. Nightshade then arrives, and the girls fight. Eventually Captain Atom sees that soldiers on both side continue to fight even with no weapons. Seeing this, he abandons his plan and returns home with Nightshade.
