Synopsis:
The Lords of Order and Chaos continue their conflict for control of Benjamin Stoner. The doctor attacks an whaling vessel, but he ultimately rejects both Order and Chaos.

Inside Fate's Tower, Nabu sends Petey and Jack Small into Fate's amulet to help Kent and Inza Nelson. Instead, they encounter Joachim Hesse. At the same time, Nabu joins with Inza to form a new Doctor Fate who then confronts Stoner.
