Superman-Tim
Superman-Tim (#1)

Series Name: Superman-Tim
Publisher: Tim Stores
Publication Dates: 1942-1954
Issue Numbers: 1-142
Notes:
Giveaway series published by Tim Promotions, Inc. for Tim Stores. Contents include puzzles, activities, games, stamps, and occasionally comics. Superman appears in the first 94 issues.

Beginning in the June, 1950 issue, Superman no longer appears in the title or contents, but that issue is still copyrighted by National Comics Pub., Inc. Issues published after that date have no apparent involvement with National.

Gene Autry appears in the November, 1950 issue under copyright from Flying A Enterprises, Inc. The cover title reflects Autry's involvement with the following issue. In 1951, the series was re-titled as Tim Tomorrow and lasted until at least 1954.

In 1958 Tim Stores launched a new series entitled Tim Magazine for Boys. Unlike its predecessor, the new magazine was not a freebie. It carried a 15¢ cover price. That series was published until 1967, but likely never featured comics material.
