Synopsis:
Robin becomes pen-pals with a boy from Africa named Kamba. He asks a local explorer, Willard Jamison, to deliver a camera to his friend. When Jamison returns the boy comes with him. The explorer believes that Kamba is the son of a deceased American family named Frey. Jamison offers to care for the boy until his only living relative Carter Frey can be contacted.
Robin checks in on Kamba and finds three crooks. The crooks escape, but Robin decides to protect his friend until he finds out why they wanted him. When the crooks strike again, Robin and Kamba work together to capture them. Robin then discovers that the crooks are smugglers. They used the collar on Kamba's pet tiger to smuggle jewels into the country. With the crooks caught, Kamba is safe, and he is identified by Carter Frey as his long lost nephew.
