Synopsis:
Barry Allen is required to escort a visting dignatary, Ayesha, the Maharanee of Jodapur. When he attempts to pick up her jewels from the jeweler, he interrupts a robbery by Captain Cold. Despite Barry's attempted intervention as the Flash, Captain Cold escapes with the jewels.

Cold is enamored with Ayesha and returns the jewels to her. Then he escorts her away from a party. Flash tracks her down and defeats Captain Cold. He then returns Ayesha to the party.
