Synopsis:
Three cowardly crooks led by Leo the Lug tangle with Sandman and Sandy. They run away at the first opportunity despite the fact that they are winning the fight. To overcome their cowardice, Leo hypnotizes his henchmen. Suddenly they become brave and commit several daring robberies. Sandman realizes that the men are hypnotized, so he hypnotizes them himself. Once the Sandman is in control, he is able to shut down the gang and capture them.
