Synopsis:
The Boy Commandos hold a contest to elect a guest commandos who will join the boys on an adventure. The winner of the contest is Jimmy - the Trick-Shot Wonder, who puts on an amazing display of marksmanship. However, when accepting the award, Jimmy is revealed to be Jennie, a girl.

Despite their reservations, the boys allow Jennie to join them. Rip hires some actors to play the part of pirates on the river near New Orleans. However, Mr. Peg substitutes his own men for the actors. They then proceed to kidnap Jennie, who is an heiress.

Rip and the boy escape from danger. They then follow Mr. Peg down the river. When they finally catch his boat, they are shocked to find that Jennie has defeated the crooks on her own.
