A Lonely Place of Dying Part 3

This story is continued from New Titans #60 and continues in New Titans #61.

Tim Drake is mistakenly called Jeff once in this story.

Synopsis:
Two-Face and Batman plot against one another in a battle of wits. Two-Face kidnaps a pair of twins and holds them hostage, while Batman sets a trap at a casino. When Batman learns of the kidnapping, he is forced to leave the casino to rescue the twins. When Two-Face learns of the casino prize money, he leaves the twins behind and goes after the money. In the end neither man gets what they wanted. Batman rescues the twins, but Two-Face eludes him. Two-Face is forced to abandon the money due to a flip of his coin.

Back at Wayne Manor, Dick Grayson returns with a young man named Tim Drake. He met Tim at the circus, and Tim knows his secret identity. Tim explains to Dick and Alfred that he was present in the crowd when Dick's parents died. He recognized Dick's signature circus moves used by Robin months later. He concluded that Batman and Robin were Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson.

Tim is now convinced that Batman is out of control following the death of Jason Todd. He urges Dick to resume his role as Robin to help Batman. Dick takes Tim to the Bat-Cave. He then puts on his Nightwing costume and leaves to find Batman. Tim is upset, because he wanted Dick to become Robin. Batman needs Robin. Alfred suggests that Dick intends for Tim to become the next Robin.
