Synopsis:
Tyrannus, a former foe of Merlin, was banished to a land located miles underground. His maintained his life using the Fountain of Youth and has become the master of a race of underground beings. Now, he wants to conquer the surface world. He fears atomic weapons, but he thinks he can use Betty Ross as protection.
Tyrannus kidnaps Betty and takes her back to his underground kingdom. The Hulk and Rick Jones follow. Tyrannus uses Betty as a hostage which forces the Hulk to do his bidding. Rick then helps to rescue Betty. Once she is free, the Hulk no longer has to hold back. He destroys the entrance to the surface and returns with Rick and Betty.
