Synopsis:
The Elongated Man visits the city of London. While sightseeing with his wife, Ralph sees Big Ben running backwards. Ralph checks it out and finds a gang of teenage Mods are responsible for the prank. Ralph apprehends the kids and learns that their rival gang, the Rockers, also have a prank planned. Ralph deduces that they will target London Bridge. He arrives at the bridge and witnesses the boys jumping across while the bridge is up. Ralph rounds up the Rocker pranksters, then rejoins Sue for a visit to see the Queen.
