Synopsis:
Rip Hunter brings actor Steve Cleaves back in time to meet Sir Walter Raleigh as research for an upcoming film. Rip helps Raleigh with the Time Sphere to defeat a Spanish fleet. Then Rip and Raleigh return to the Queen's palace.

Queen Elizabeth is enchanted with Rip, so she knights him, and declares that she will make him her husband. When Bonnie objects, the queen locks Bonnie in the tower. Rip stages a rescue, but Steve has gotten himself into trouble by trying his own rescue.

Rip breaks up a duel between Raleigh and Steve, that was set up by the Earl of Essex. After the fight, the queen allows Rip and the others to leave peacefully. When Steve returns to his own time, he thinks the film should be about Rip Hunter instead of Raleigh.
