Synopsis:
Ralph Dibny and his wife witness a man purchasing a boat that he knows will sink the first time he puts it in the water. Curious, Ralph follows the man and watches the boat sink near a frieghter. The man is taken aboard the ship, which was his plan all along. He is a reporter seeking to interview the two marine archaeologists on the ship.

However, the ship has been taken over by pirates. The Elongated Man stops the crooks on the ship and additional crooks in the water. He then returns to shore where he meets his wife for a dinner date.
