Synopsis:
Charles Durand, a wealthy man, gathers together three great doctors and asks them to extend his life. They claim that science is not yet advanced enough to do so, but they speculate that in 100 years it might be possible. When Durand learns that the Shining Knight was able to survive 1500 years in an iceberg, he has a giant freezing unit constructed.
When the construction is finished, Durand invites the Shining Knight inside. He asks the Knight if the story about the iceberg is true. When Sir Justin confirms the story, Durand knocks him out and activates the freezing unit.
The Shining Knight is able to recover before the freezing process takes full effect. He is able to reverse the process and escape with Durand. However, Durand succumbs to the effects of the freezing process and dies. The Shining Knight explains that it was Merlin's magic which allowed him to survive in the iceberg.
